This page governs the use of hallebardier.com, of its free tests and of the AI visibility test. The site is run by Maxime Perriard, Hallebardier, Avenue du Général-Guisan 28, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland. For commissioned work, the signed contract and its annexes prevail; this page does not replace them.
The site offers five free tools: the website test, which measures security (Mozilla Observatory), speed on mobile (Google PageSpeed Insights) and readability for AI in eighteen points; what your data costs you; the task map; the 10-point IT check; and the AI visibility test, which reads the public homepage of a website and runs eighteen checks.
These tools run automatically, are free, and are provided as is. Their result is an estimate at a given moment. It is based on automatic tests, on third-party services and on the figures you enter. The amounts and the hours depend on your figures and on the assumptions written on screen. Two tests of the same site, one week apart, can give different results with nothing having changed on the site.
A result is neither a full audit, nor advice, nor any guarantee of ranking or visibility.
To receive the result of a test, you give a valid phone number and a valid email address, your own or those of your company. You receive the result by WhatsApp and by email. Then I call you once on WhatsApp to discuss the next steps. You commit to nothing. To stop all contact, reply “stop”. How this data is processed is set out in the data protection page.
The tools are meant for evaluating a site you own or are responsible for, or your employer’s site with its consent, and your own situation. The contact details you give must be correct, and be your own or your company’s. Automated or bulk querying, resale of results, and any attempt to disrupt the service are not permitted. Access may be restricted in case of abuse.
The guarantees shown on the service pages apply only under the signed contract and its conditions. The site text summarises them; the contract prevails.
The site and the tools are provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. They may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time, without notice.
Hallebardier’s liability is limited to the extent Swiss law permits. Wilful misconduct and gross negligence remain reserved, as does personal injury: they are not excluded, and article 100 CO would not allow it.
